DHL is a founding member of the Agricultural Leaders Health and Safety Action Group.

To ensure employment good practice, and that Dairy Holdings is regarded as an employer of choice in our industry, Management, Sharemilkers, Contract Milkers and Staff are interviewed annually by Rural Coach to ensure expected standards are achieved or exceeded.

Our Life Saving Rules have been put together as part of our commitment to keep our people safe at work from our critical risks. Everyone who works for Dairy Holdings on farm has a personal responsibility to live these everyday.
