We are on the look-out for a motivated and skilled Full-time Manager for our support block, Glencoe, in Southland. To be successful in this role, you will have proven farm working experience in a similar role, and work well in a team or by yourself. There is the opportunity to grow with our farming business if you have the personal drive to do so. You will need to have a sound understanding of feed budgeting, Minda, and NAIT. Experience growing winter crops and an understanding of weeds/pests is preferred but not essential, as training and support will be provided. As the farm is newly purchased, there will be ongoing development and enhancement work around building yards, modifying river crossings and planting trees, and we require a person with the skills and drive to part of this from the onset.
New Zealand’s largest dairy farmer Dairy Holdings is focused on “People, Process and Pasture”. The people in our business are at the heart of everything we do.
